Sandy Gard is a trauma-informed healer supporting individuals ready to transform their relationship with self-esteem, emotional patterns, and addictive behaviors. Her holistic approach helps clients reconnect with their authentic energy and inner wisdom.

Founded in 2014, Ggirl Lifestyle began with natural nutrition assessments and reiki energy healing — a reflection of Sandy's desire to journey into wholeness and inspire others along the way. Services have since expanded to include addiction recovery support, SOUL INTEGRATION™ sessions, and FIREHORSE ORACLE REFLECTIONS - See below for more information.

It was my first time trying Reiki and I was a little nervous. But Sandy made my feel comfortable and walked me through what she was going to do. The experience is like no other, I felt refreshed and calm after. The Reiki continues to work well after the session and I noticed a postitive change a couple weeks after I saw Sandy! I went back in September and I haven't needed too go back since but I look forward to seeing Sandy again for Reiki! I highly recommend itDec 27, 2016
